Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window, giving you 7 days from the time you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and notify us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns, including sale items and gift cards.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange process, we recommend returning the item and making a new purchase once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, with no need for justification. Items must still be in their original condition—unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
